Change in notification provider
New notification provider
Due to the large number of complaints we have received, we have decided to change providers. You will still get notifications via text messages to let you know when your prescriptions are ready. You will also get a text link for refills that are due approximately 4 days before they are due to be filled.
Once you have paid online for your prescription you can reorder it at anytime even if you don't have refills by going to your previous order. Once you have verified your identity on the link texted to you you can get to your previous orders by clicking on the 3 lines in the upper left hand corner of the screen. If you cannot find your link you can click the reorder button on the home page of this website.
Patients that use a landline to get their notifications will still receive the automated phone calls and may change to text notifications at anytime by updating their phone number with us. Refills can still be called in if you do not want to use the text notification.
