We have started using a new prescription notification system. Each time you are notified that you have a new prescription ready at the pharmacy you will get a text containing a link.
This link will allow you to do many thing including the following:
-See a list of the items that are ready to be picked up.
-See your copay amounts
-Make changes to the current order.
-Add a payment method
-See order progress
-Set date of pickup
-Check out via your phone
It is not necessary to download the app to use many of its features, feel free to click on the link and check it out without worry. ****Refill requests via phone do require downloading the app****
